1. Custom Orders
- All custom-made ceiling designs and hardware products are non-refundable once production has started.
- We encourage clients to review all designs, measurements, and materials before final confirmation.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If any item is damaged or defective upon delivery or installation, you must report it within 48 hours.
- After inspection, we may offer one of the following:
- A free replacement
- A partial refund, depending on the nature of the defect
- A repair or service visit, if applicable
3. Service Refunds (Ceiling Installation)
- If an installation service is cancelled 48 hours in advance, a full refund of the service fee may be issued.
- If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided for labor or booking charges.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are only applicable to eligible claims approved by our team.
5. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Customer-caused damage to ceilings or hardware
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Delays caused by client-side scheduling or site readiness
