1. Custom Orders

  • All custom-made ceiling designs and hardware products are non-refundable once production has started.
  • We encourage clients to review all designs, measurements, and materials before final confirmation.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If any item is damaged or defective upon delivery or installation, you must report it within 48 hours.
  • After inspection, we may offer one of the following:
    • A free replacement
    • A partial refund, depending on the nature of the defect
    • A repair or service visit, if applicable

3. Service Refunds (Ceiling Installation)

  • If an installation service is cancelled 48 hours in advance, a full refund of the service fee may be issued.
  • If cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided for labor or booking charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are only applicable to eligible claims approved by our team.

5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Customer-caused damage to ceilings or hardware
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by client-side scheduling or site readiness
